The screwing tool broke while i was screwing and putting all the pieces together, i couldn't assemble it anymore, it's useless.
I was sent the wrong color but was partially refunded, so i will deal with it. Instead, my lowering stars was because this is such a terrible experience to put together. The holes for the cylinders don't exist, so you basically have to hand drill the screws into place. For all of the other parts, nothing is attached so you have to hold one part of the screw in place while you turn the other bits, otherwise it just spins instead of securing. My hands were raw by the end and getting it to install straight on the wall was even worse.
Now that i got it in place, it works wonderfully. Its very secure for my bigger cats and very versatile for trying it in different areas. I'm really happy with it as a finished product, just getting to the finish was horribly annoying, so be prepared for what you're getting into.
